Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Once payment is successfully completed for any Monthly Subscription, Annual Plan, or Pay As You Go Credit Pack, the transaction is 100% FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Refund requests or chargebacks post-purchase will not be granted under any circumstances.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
By accessing or using Signallpages, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You agree not to upload fraudulent documents, malware-infected PDFs, or illegal content.
2. Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal
Paid plan subscriptions (Personal, Professional, Enterprise) auto-renew monthly or annually based on your selected billing cycle. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your Profile dashboard or payment gateway overlay (Razorpay / Stripe). Upon cancellation, your service remains active through the end of your paid billing period.
3. Pay As You Go Credits
Pay As You Go credit packs provide non-expiring document credits. Purchased credits remain valid indefinitely until consumed. Credit packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. Quotas & Page Limits
Free plans are limited to 1 PDF per day (up to 15 pages max). Paid tiers enforce monthly document quotas (Personal: 30 PDFs/mo, Professional: 150 PDFs/mo, Enterprise: 5,000 PDFs/mo) and per-PDF page thresholds as detailed in our pricing schedule.
